Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist III to drive market success for its scientific solutions. You will shape strategic marketing initiatives, launch new products and deepen customer relationships, contributing to the company’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share and support product launches.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform campaigns.
• Create compelling multi‑channel content that communicates product value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven marketing programs.
• Manage relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25 % to support regional activities and events.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with ≥ 3 years or Bachelor’s degree with ≥ 5 years of product marketing experience in the scientific or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical ability and experience interpreting market data and business metrics.
• Proven project‑management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (preferred).
