Product Quality Coordinator – Americas

About the role

The Product Quality Coordinator will support the execution of the product quality system across the Americas region. You will coordinate non‑conformance investigations, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards while safeguarding product safety, traceability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal, supplier and customer non‑conformance investigations.
• Lead 8D / RCCA processes and manage corrective actions to closure.
• Analyze quality metrics such as PPM, escapes, scrap and rework.
• Prepare for and support internal, customer and regulatory audits (AS9100, etc.).
• Maintain documentation including NCRs, FAIRs, deviations and first‑article inspection reports.
• Monitor supplier quality and support PPAP/APQP approval activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams on product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of quality experience in the aerospace industry.
• Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• Advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with audits and direct customer interaction, preferably Tier 1.

Required skills

• AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
• Core Tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
• First Article Inspection (FAI) and related documentation.
• 8D / RCCA methodology.
• Non‑conformance reporting (NCR) and FAIR management.
