Production Designer - Brand

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Production Designer to join the Brand Design team within Warner Bros. Discovery’s Concept + Design Studio. In this role you will ensure that visual assets are flawlessly adapted for digital, print, social and experiential platforms, maintaining pixel‑perfect quality and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt master designs into multiple formats, sizes and regions while preserving visual consistency.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and are optimized for deployment across channels.
• Organize and manage templates, design systems and versioned files for easy reuse.
• Proof and review assets for accuracy, consistency and execution excellence.
• Optimize layouts using grids, typography and hierarchy to enhance clarity.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with art directors and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working in‑house or at an agency.
• Proficiency with the latest Mac software and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Willingness to embrace AI tools in the design workflow.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating design precision.
• Initiative, ability to thrive under pressure and strong English communication skills.
