Production Manager

About the role

Allegion is seeking a Production Manager to lead a major segment of its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on overseeing assembly, machinery, processing and packaging activities while ensuring alignment with engineering, supply chain, logistics and purchasing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct and coordinate day‑to‑day manufacturing activities across assembly, machinery, processing and packaging.
• Oversee supporting functions such as engineering, supply chain, logistics and purchasing to ensure seamless production flow.
• Develop and enforce policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Forecast manpower, technology, and facility requirements to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety and product quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of engineering, supply chain and purchasing processes.
• Ability to formulate policies, forecast resource needs and develop quality standards.
