Production Operator I – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team at H.B. Fuller. The role involves supporting the packaging and handling of adhesive products in a safe, organized environment, with opportunities to learn the full production process.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Apply seals and appropriate labels to boxes before moving them to the finished‑goods warehouse.
• Maintain minimum inventory of packaging materials such as boxes, tapes, cardboard separators, tubes and small paper items.
• Understand and handle different material types, each with its own production, packaging and palletising requirements.
• Perform cleaning duties in the assigned work area to keep the production floor tidy.
• Support the assigned area and learn the complete production process with the aim of future promotion.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely and follow established safety procedures.
• Attention to detail when labeling and sealing products.
• Willingness to maintain stock levels of packaging supplies.
• Motivation to learn various material handling and packaging processes.
• Team‑oriented attitude and readiness to support other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance and Raw Materials.
