Production Technician

About the role

The Production Technician will execute assembly, testing, washing, and heat‑treatment processes in a manufacturing environment, ensuring all work follows established methods and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training on manufacturing steps such as washing, cutting, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging using method sheets and technical drawings.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality and performance specifications.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining 5S workplace organization and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of defects and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Apply appropriate processing techniques and complete required documentation accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical career education preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic knowledge of metalworking processes and component cleaning.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and process charts.
