Project Architect (Remote, Global)

About the role

Pistil is seeking a Project Architect to bridge design and execution for a variety of international projects. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary design teams while delivering high‑quality architectural documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and ensure alignment with project goals and vision.
• Produce and oversee construction documentation, including drawings, details, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate technical efforts with project managers and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Support construction administration to verify proper execution of the design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural firms, with at least 3 years on U.S. projects.
• Strong experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam.
