Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will manage the resources required to integrate new projects efficiently, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance production and administrative processes and reduce product conversion costs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements throughout project execution.
• Improve and maintain productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency across operational lines.
• Implement investment plans that boost profitability by entering new markets or optimizing existing processes.
• Manage the implementation of CAPEX projects at the plant.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in the automotive industry and production processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative project management, machinery relocation, new project launches, engineering changes, or new product development.
