Project Coordinator

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the deployment of its Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) system across multiple plants. You will work closely with the industrial deployment team and local site representatives to ensure successful go‑live on 2 to 4 production lines and hand over the solution to the local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to Valeo plants to install and launch the MOM system within the project timeline.
• Assess the current plant situation, document findings, and create a gap analysis with an actionable plan.
• Review pilot area selections, present MOM system setup options, and advise on deployment strategies.
• Ensure accurate MasterData preparation (stations, work‑centers, references, parameters, event descriptions).
• Monitor open actions, arbitrate project effort, schedule timelines, and validate implementation results.
• Provide on‑job training and dedicated end‑user sessions for the local team.
• Hand over project activities, support action‑plan generation, and assist the VPS workshop.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial digitalization or manufacturing system deployment.
• Strong analytical skills to perform assessments and gap analyses.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder interaction.
