Project Management Lead (C13) – Mexico City

About the role

The Project Management Lead will drive large, multi‑faceted projects for BANAMEX in Mexico City, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering results on time and within budget. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination across sales, engineering, manufacturing and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or several complex projects or campaigns simultaneously, defining scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using best‑practice PMO methodology, tracking progress, risks and changes.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing teams to align expectations and resources.
• Prepare clear activity, progress and time‑recording reports for stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation actions and follow escalation procedures.
• Teach and enforce project‑management techniques, breaking down inter‑dependent activities into documented tasks.
• Facilitate lessons‑learned reviews to continuously improve team performance.
• Communicate milestones, status updates and any escalations to both internal leadership and the client.
