Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for clinical trial materials. You will ensure timely distribution, maintain optimal inventory, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study‑specific supply plans and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, provide risk assessments, and update project reports.
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the overall logistics strategy while ensuring GxP compliance.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support bid preparation and respond to client supply‑chain inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
