Project Manager (Cloud Services)

About the role

Caylent is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join its Cloud Project Management team. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑focused initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while providing an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget aligned to SOW deliverables.
• Negotiate scope changes with customers and drive prioritisation decisions.
• Maintain PM compliance through PSA health reporting, status updates, sprint reviews, and risk/issue management.
• Facilitate backlog creation in Jira, ensuring tickets have clear definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimates.
• Build and sustain client trust through reliable delivery and proactive communication.
• Deliver against client business outcomes and identify future engagement opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional CPM initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client‑facing Project Manager role.
• 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proven ability to apply multiple project‑management methodologies to optimise client experience.
• Experience in forecasting and budget management for accurate revenue projections.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
