Project Manager – Infrastructure Monitoring Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of an infrastructure monitoring platform for a financial‑services client. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendors and ensure the solution meets regulatory requirements in hybrid on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the full lifecycle of the monitoring platform implementation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, security, development teams and external vendors.
• Oversee installation, configuration and validation of the solution in on‑premise and cloud settings.
• Ensure compliance with financial sector regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project timeline, resources, budget and associated risks.
• Maintain clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation and coordinate training for operational teams.
• Facilitate transition of the solution into steady‑state operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably infrastructure or monitoring initiatives.
• Experience in complex, regulated environments such as the financial sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical teams, business units and external vendors.
• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Professional proficiency in written English; conversational fluency is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Zabbix).
• Understanding of IT architecture, operating systems, networks, virtualization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
