Project Manager

About the role

KMS Technology Mexico is looking for a Project Manager to act as the operational backbone of its delivery centre. You will oversee software development projects for multiple clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software projects across several concurrent engagements, managing planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out phases.
• Define and maintain project scope, handle change requests and ensure proper documentation and stakeholder approval.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Build realistic schedules, track effort and budget burn, and provide accurate forecasts to delivery leadership.
• Produce regular status reports for clients and internal leaders, enabling data‑driven decisions.
• Support the delivery centre at a portfolio level, spotting patterns, risks and opportunities across accounts.
• Coordinate staffing with delivery and resource managers to align resources with shifting priorities.
• Standardise project‑management practices, including tooling, ceremonies, reporting cadences and quality gates.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, QA, account managers and client stakeholders to remove blockers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and handling escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software development projects in a multi‑client environment.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skill in risk, issue and change management.
• Experience coordinating resources across multiple projects or accounts.
• Ability to drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.
