Project Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Project Manager position is based in Veracruz, Mexico. You will lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, resources and budgets align with client and company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise expediting activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
• Organise inspections and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, storage and distribution of resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and prepare status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and lead project meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, including planning, scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in expediting, inspection and logistics management.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software.
• Fluent written and verbal Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
