Project Manager - Market Delivery

About the role

Lead a cross‑functional team of technical and non‑technical electronic payment processing experts to deliver end‑to‑end implementation projects for Mastercard and its customers. Ensure high‑quality, reliable implementations while navigating a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess, document, and communicate customer needs and implementation impacts on core and non‑core processing systems.
• Define scope, create plans, and drive processing implementation projects following global coordination methodology.
• Provide advisory support to customer processing staff and guide execution of all implementation activities.
• Conduct comprehensive end‑to‑end system impact analyses for multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Strong IT system knowledge with experience in network, digital, and web technologies.
• Deep understanding of payment transaction processing, authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Familiarity with Mastercard payment processing formats and host‑interface testing principles.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and ability to lead matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
