Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met while supporting innovative mobility and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project scope, controlling schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and procedures.
• Align project‑team performance with business objectives and project goals.
• Track project execution, address deviations promptly and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prepare regular status, progress and risk reports.
• Ensure projects follow capital‑approval and established project‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Project‑management certification is a plus.
• Fluent English (or German) and excellent written Romanian.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail, self‑motivation and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Projects or comparable project‑planning software.
