Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high quality. You will work with cross‑functional teams in engineering, operations, procurement, logistics and quality to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets and risks, producing schedules and status reports.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, track action items and ensure timely completion.
• Support change‑management activities and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company procedures and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Several years of professional project‑management experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defence.
• Project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business and fluent English; Romanian required, German advantageous.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) experience.
