Project Manager & Process Engineer at Mariscala Plant

About the role

Join the Mariscala Plant team as a Project Manager and Process Engineer, working with cutting‑edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for globally recognized brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead projects, and ensure safe, efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute strategic initiatives within the plant under guidance.
• Develop and implement new ideas, techniques, procedures, and products.
• Focus on specific brand or line segments to meet clearly defined objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage the Document Management System for the production line.
• Mentor team members on process improvements and SOP implementation.
• Conduct evaluations and process mapping to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Propose and implement solutions that streamline operations and reduce failures.
• Utilize data management and visualization tools for informed decision‑making.
• Facilitate integration of new digital tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Graduated in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation or a related engineering field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Full‑time availability with flexible working hours.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Mariscala Plant.

Required skills

• Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP or SPSS.
