Project Manager & Process Engineer – Mariscala Plant

About the role

Join the Mariscala Plant team as a Project Manager and Process Engineer, driving innovative projects and operational excellence for globally recognized products. Key responsibilities

• Support and execute strategic initiatives within the team and organization.
• Develop and implement new ideas, techniques, procedures, and services under guidance.
• Focus on specific brand or product segments to meet clearly defined objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage the Document Management System for the production line.
• Mentor team members on process improvements and SOP implementation.
• Conduct evaluations and process mapping to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Propose and implement solutions that streamline operations and reduce failures.
• Utilize data management and visualization tools for informed decision‑making.
• Facilitate integration of new digital tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Graduated in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation or a related engineering field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Full‑time availability with flexible working hours.
• Ready to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP or SPSS.
