Project Manager – Product/Process Transfer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead product and process transfers for our medical technology portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless hand‑over between plants while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define detailed project scope, team roster and personnel selection.
• Develop and execute product/process transfer plans, timelines and deliverables for each phase.
• Lead transfer team meetings, capture minutes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts such as materials supply planning, quality plans, device master record development, lean manufacturing implementation, and product costing analysis.
• Manage phase exit reviews, resolve process and quality issues, and serve as the main point of contact for specification reviews.
• Create and maintain Process Transfer Qualification Master Plans in line with BD Quality System and international regulations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and talent development within the transfer team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product or process transfers in a regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and implement international quality regulations across multiple regions.
• Strong communication and team‑leadership skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to coach and develop new talent.
