QA Specialist – 2-Month Project

About the role

Gravity Global is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join a two‑month project focused on B2B marketing creative outputs. You will ensure that digital, print and multi‑channel assets meet brand standards, are accurate, compliant and production‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Management and Design teams throughout all project stages.
• Review layouts, functionality and content across websites, social posts, video banners and print/OOH designs.
• Test responsiveness and usability on Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Verify that every deliverable aligns with the approved brief and brand guidelines.
• Track and update testing reports, checklists and QA results.
• Identify, document and communicate issues, supporting Creative and Project Management teams in resolution.
• Suggest improvements to optimise processes and workflows for future projects.

Required profile

• 4+ years of QA experience within a creative agency, in‑house marketing team or production studio.
• Proven track record of quality‑checking marketing materials for integrated campaigns.
• Experience working in high‑volume production environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
