Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Gymreapers is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead supplier quality management across its global manufacturing network. Based on‑site in Leon, Guanajuato, you will ensure products meet specifications before reaching customers by combining data analysis, inspections, and corrective‑action follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming, in‑process, and pre‑shipment inspections and monitor results for trends.
• Support supplier and factory audit programs, document findings, and track corrective‑action implementation.
• Manage CAPA tracking from supplier response through verified completion.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations on quality failures and recurring issues.
• Build and maintain supplier quality scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Verify supplier adherence to approved specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Compliance, and Supply Planning when quality issues affect product or supply.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, supplier quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Hands‑on experience running inspections, performing root‑cause analysis, and maintaining quality records.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to drive issues to resolution.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple suppliers and inspection cycles simultaneously.
