Quality Manager

About the role

Magna is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function for its Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting (MML) group. You will ensure product compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support customer satisfaction across automotive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (SGC/IATF) to meet internal and external standards.
• Oversee product conformity, manage warranty claims, and monitor field performance.
• Lead internal and external audits, implement corrective actions, and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Manage supplier and material quality, including qualification and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate product testing, validation, and homologation activities.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary quality team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in the automotive sector.
• At least 5 years in a Quality Manager role.
• 2 years managing a Quality Management System and 2 years handling measurement instruments.
• 1 year leading a testing and metrology laboratory.
