Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives at our Torres Plant in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, you will ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure plant quality systems comply with IATF16949, customer requirements, Lear policies, and SOX procedures.
• Plan and coordinate performance‑improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings, and close corrective actions.
• Manage quality‑control activities, including customer presentations on quality issues.
• Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for management review.
• Oversee engineering changes, customer complaints, and new release tracking.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager or in a related automotive quality role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
