Quality Production Professional – FAT Execution

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Production Professional to lead Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) execution and ensure seamless delivery of quality dossiers for our projects. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing that all tests meet Siemens standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and elaborate Quality Dossiers for project delivery.
• Coordinate customer visits for witness tests and FAT, both on‑site and remotely.
• Organise, follow‑up and document all customer witness tests.
• Align internal areas to ensure correct execution of tests.
• Maintain direct communication with Business Unit customers.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction during test witnessing.
• Uphold factory policies and standards throughout the process.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation or related).
• Strong negotiation, assertive communication and leadership abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency (spoken, written, listening).
• Basic knowledge of interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with low and medium voltage panels and applicable standards.
• Experience with basic electrical and mechanical tools.
• Desirable: project management knowledge and electrical testing of panels.
