Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician is responsible for performing technical duties within defined time frames and supporting continuous improvement projects. This role ensures that processes remain efficient and that product quality meets company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical tasks and activities according to schedule.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency.
• Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
• Identify problems, propose remedies, and take initiative to resolve issues.
• Provide periodic status reports in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of job content and willingness to learn.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of performance in previous roles.
