About the role

The Quality Systems Chemist will be responsible for overseeing the documentation and quality management processes at Grin Laboratories. This position ensures that all GMP‑related documents are created, reviewed, updated and stored in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall Quality Systems of Grin Laboratories.
• Administer the Documentation System and Qdoc System.
• Guarantee that all GMP‑related documents are created, reviewed, updated and archived according to applicable regulations.
• Ensure each document follows the correct coding system for its type.
• Monitor and optimise the use of material resources within the quality area.
• Conduct periodic reviews of documents to keep them current.
• Communicate document validity status to responsible parties in each department.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the logbook.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems.
• Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, adaptability, integrity, planning and goal‑orientation.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
