Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator – Global Quoting Desk

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator to join Expeditors’ Global Quoting Desk. Based in Monterrey, the role supports spot pricing requests across air, ocean and road transport for our worldwide customers, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely, accurate quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate spot quote requests across Expeditors’ international network.
• Serve as the main liaison with customers, delivering prompt and precise pricing information.
• Maintain internal systems with up‑to‑date quotation data and manage customer deadlines.
• Support revenue growth and win‑ratio by providing high‑quality service.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Collaborate with Account Management and partner branches to align pricing solutions.
• Track key performance indicators and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working independently.
• Team‑player who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
