React Developer – Front‑End Engineer

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a skilled React Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality, scalable web applications. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering new features that meet performance and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis and effort estimation.
• Develop new features from scratch using React and related technologies.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time while meeting quality objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in deployed applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong experience in front‑end development with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and familiarity with React Native.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, unit testing, and responsive design.
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y), performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working with APIs, RESTful services, Amplitude, and RudderStack.
• Good command of conversational English.
