About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is building a dedicated recruitment team to source, assess, and profile legal talent worldwide. As a Recruiter you will join one of three specialist tracks—Marketing & Sourcing, Screening & Assessment, or Profiling—depending on your strongest skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa and other global markets.
• Build and manage employer‑brand touchpoints, recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines aligned with your track.
• Screen candidates for foundation, communication, judgment and critical thinking, focusing on mindset and ownership.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and document evaluations.
• Leverage AI tools and ATS platforms daily to streamline workflow.
• Maintain multiple open roles simultaneously while preserving high standards.
• Partner with Operations to ensure hires support long‑term retention.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening or profiling processes based on track focus.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environments.
• Demonstrated active‑sourcing expertise using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and passive outreach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid judgment with the ability to make fast, evidence‑based candidate decisions.
• Comfortable working across global talent pools, especially LATAM, the Philippines and South Africa.
