About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment operations, a strong track record of delivering results, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with clients, candidates, and vendors via email, phone, and service‑desk platforms.
• Generate offer letters, manage logistics, coordinate onboarding activities, and oversee pre‑employment medical and background checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Excel and ensure timely reporting of errors or issues.
• Process HR data with high quality standards while meeting tight SLA requirements.
• Interact regularly with clients, employees, and stakeholders through instant messaging and email.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Participate in client meetings, resolve queries, and drive documentation management.
• Assist team leads with periodic service‑delivery data as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment operations and a thorough understanding of the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Proven delivery track record with a focus on execution.
• Confident self‑starter, strong networker, and effective communicator.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate degree; MBA (HR), PGPM, or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
