Recruiting Experience Partner

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Recruiting Experience Partner to be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey. You will work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to deliver a fast, fair, and human experience for high‑volume hiring across the United States and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Guide candidates from first interaction through offer, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct first‑round interviews and extend offers for high‑volume roles (levels 5 and below) in partnership with the RBP.
• Perform core recruiting activities such as screening, shortlisting, communication, and interview coordination across business units.
• Support RBPs on senior or complex hires by validating shortlists, managing applicants, and providing reactive sourcing when needed.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and follow defined process steps, standards, and timelines.
• Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in Mexico and the United States, preferably high‑volume hiring in the healthcare industry.
• Strong candidate communication, screening, and shortlisting abilities.
• Comfort operating in standardized, tech‑enabled processes with a focus on data quality and compliance.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner with HR colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
