Recruitment Consultant – Remote (LATAM & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to build an elite, fast‑moving team. The consultant will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the full hiring cycle for roles across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy, focusing on candidates in Latin America, South Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent to enable rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset; self‑motivated and does not require micromanagement.
• Global perspective, comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS proficiency and a passion for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
