Recruitment Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes for operational and professional positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and administrative roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interview panels.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and interview conversion rates.
• Keep accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and operational efficiency.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
