Regional Jr. Controller

About the role

The Regional Jr. Controller will support the financial performance of our regional plants by analysing deviations, ensuring accurate recording, and providing reliable information to senior management. You will work closely with Plant Controllers and the Controlling department to enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly financial results from regional plants and business units.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare regional financial reports and executive presentations for management.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, and produce performance bridges covering sales, gross profit, EBITDA, cost performance, FX, volume and mix.
• Coordinate data collection and validation with Plant Controllers.
• Participate in regional budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Identify financial trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support cost‑optimization and profitability improvement projects.
• Assist the Controlling department with additional financial activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar controlling or finance role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
