Regional Sales Leader – Mexico (Remote)

About the role

Novakid, a fast‑growing B2C EdTech company, is looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Leader to build and manage a remote sales team in Mexico. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, and drive revenue growth for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and scale a distributed sales team focused on the Mexican market.
• Design and implement scalable sales processes and automation initiatives.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Analyze performance data to make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2C sales leadership experience in remote or distributed teams.
• Hands‑on experience with online sales channels and digital marketing in Mexico.
• Strong analytical mindset and fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using AI tools for sales automation.
