Regional Service Director – Mexico & LATAM North

About the role

This senior executive position leads a large‑scale regional Service organization for a global clean‑energy technology leader. The role combines general‑manager mindset with full accountability for operational performance, customer success, safety culture and financial results across Mexico and LATAM North.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Service organization across Mexico and LATAM North, driving operational excellence and alignment with regional business objectives.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin improvement and revenue growth.
• Manage multi‑country service and maintenance operations, ensuring consistency, accountability and high performance of field teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and execute long‑term service strategy, contract execution and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and grow a geographically dispersed team through periods of growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with executive regional and global leadership, representing the Service function in high‑visibility forums.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience managing large, multi‑country service or operations organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership and ability to drive financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a safety‑first culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing executive teams and customers.
• Track record of leading teams through growth, change and operational complexity.
