Regional Training Manager – Mexico

About the role

Milwaukee Tool is expanding its Latin America Training Team and seeks a Regional Training Manager for Mexico. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training programs across the Mexican market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Mexico training team and sales leaders to develop and maintain product training programs for field staff, from onboarding onward.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions, including new‑product launches, focus categories, and Milwaukee Innovation Training (MIT) bootcamps.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect business changes and ensure relevance.
• Coach field sales on presentation, questioning, and basic sales techniques, providing real‑time feedback.
• Drive an effective operating rhythm with Mexico leaders, gathering feedback to continuously improve training programs.
• Stay current with industry best practices to enhance the LATAM training experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in sales training, product training, or related roles within a field‑sales environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, growth‑focused environment.
