Registered Nurse – Full‑Time (Ellendale, DE)

About the role

Recovery Innovations is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Crisis team in Ellendale, DE. The RN will provide comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and substance‑use care while acting as a clinical liaison for individuals transitioning to community services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate services with public and private health, mental‑health, and social‑service agencies.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family counseling.
• Supervise nursing treatments such as diabetes and blood‑pressure monitoring.
• Respond to crisis calls, perform urgent assessments, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medication according to protocol and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and recovery outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• Full‑time availability for shifts 7:00 AM‑7:30 PM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
• Ability to work onsite at 700 Main Street, Ellendale, DE.
