Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full‑time, NM)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position offers TN visa sponsorship for eligible international nurses and includes relocation assistance. You will work in a geriatric, long‑term care setting serving both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies.
• Document patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight changes.
• Follow established procedures for charting, incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence to relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• RN clinical competencies and knowledge of geriatric care.
