Remote Account Manager – Corporate Catering

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Account Manager to join Club Feast’s core client experience and retention team. You will own end‑to‑end relationships with U.S. corporate catering clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of U.S.-based client accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver a consistently high‑quality client experience and address any issues promptly.
• Create tailored food program proposals and upsell additional services, events, and expanded programs.
• Identify risks and opportunities to drive retention and account expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant teams and maintain accurate account data in HubSpot.
• Share client insights and feedback with the COO, CEO, and other senior leaders.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or client services is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
