Remote Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Remote Business Development Manager to drive partnership acquisition and market expansion. The successful candidate will design and execute strategic campaigns, negotiate high‑value deals, and collaborate across functions to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with corporate partners and business owners.
• Conduct in‑depth market research to uncover high‑potential clients, focusing on the US market.
• Develop and launch creative marketing and outreach campaigns to attract new business.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Product Development to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Work closely with the sales team to present services and ensure smooth lead‑to‑partner transitions.
• Track performance metrics of all initiatives and follow up to convert prospects into active partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year focused on the US market.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and professional social‑media management.
• Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills for high‑level negotiations.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive, "get‑things‑done" mindset.
• Broad professional network; familiarity with the handyman or home‑services sector is a plus.
