About the role
Pearl Talent is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support founders, CEOs, and senior leaders of fast‑growing startups. The position works on US business hours and offers full‑time independent‑contractor flexibility for candidates in the Philippines, LATAM, Africa, or other remote regions with excellent English communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and priority queues to maintain productivity and aim for inbox zero.
- Draft, proofread, and send professional internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow‑ups, ensuring executives are context‑ready.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Track task lists, deadlines, and action items, closing 90%+ of delegated items within 48 hours.
- Maintain oversight of ongoing projects and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Develop and refine operational systems, workflows, and automation tools to improve organizational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of autonomy, trustworthiness, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to align work hours with US‑based teams.
