About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress across multiple technology projects.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
