Remote QA Nurse – Quality Assurance & Clinical Audits

About the role

MSR is seeking a dedicated QA Nurse to join its virtual medical assistant team. In this remote, full‑time position you will help elevate patient‑care standards by ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality across all services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of patient records, calls, documentation, and clinical processes.
• Monitor compliance with HIPAA, privacy policies, company standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Identify documentation gaps, clinical errors, process issues, and safety risks.
• Provide clear feedback, coaching, and corrective‑action recommendations to nurses and other healthcare staff.
• Maintain audit logs, prepare QA reports, track performance trends, and suggest operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in training, quality assurance, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and related privacy requirements.
• Conversational English communication skills.
