Remote Vacation Planning Consultant

About the role

Join our growing remote team as a Vacation Planning Consultant. You will guide clients through the entire travel experience, from initial ideas to final bookings, ensuring unforgettable vacations, cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, Disney trips and international getaways.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture vacation preferences, budgets and travel dates.
• Research and recommend suitable vacation packages, resorts, cruises and destinations.
• Create personalized itineraries that match client expectations.
• Coordinate reservations and bookings directly with suppliers and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide follow‑up throughout the booking process.
• Stay up‑to‑date on destination news, promotions and supplier training.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo provided training.
