Remote Veterinary Client Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for compassionate, English‑speaking professionals in Mexico to provide remote support to veterinary clinics and pet owners across the United States. As a Veterinary Client Support Representative you will handle phone interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to pet owners and veterinary practices.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic‑specific procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Record all interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established protocols.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive conversations.
• Manage multiple systems while meeting attendance, productivity, and quality targets.

Required profile

• Current residence in Mexico.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Genuine love for animals and empathy for pet owners.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• USB headset with microphone.
• Reliable wired high‑speed internet connection.
