Residences Manager

About the role

The Residences Manager leads the daily operations of the hotel‑managed residences at Park Hyatt Los Cabos, delivering a luxury residential experience for homeowners and guests. This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security services specific to the residential areas.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the residences team to maintain high‑quality service.
• Manage homeowner relations, including move‑ins, move‑outs, property inspections, and communications.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s executive committee and department heads to ensure cohesive operations.
• Enforce residential policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, and HOA billing where applicable.
• Coordinate residential events and community‑building initiatives.
• Handle maintenance issues in partnership with engineering and housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate homeowner records, service logs, and confidential documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in luxury hotel residences, private residential clubs, or high‑end property management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational reports.
• Ability to handle confidential homeowner information with discretion.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Experience using residential software
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
