Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales and marketing teams at NBCUniversal. The role involves handling budget‑related tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative budget, process payments, invoices, and expense reports.
• Handle email correspondence, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for the sales team.
• Prepare and assemble promotional materials, brochures, and information packages.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify data in sales‑related software systems.
• Respond to partner inquiries about facilities, services, and promotions.
• Support sales events and training sessions, including reservations, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Maintain and update partner mailing lists and inventory of giveaway items.
• Act as the primary contact for UPC requests in Spanish and assist with travel arrangements through FAMS.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred for UPC support.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced media and entertainment environment.
